Group Coaching & Community Confidentiality
In group settings (e.g., retreats, workshops), we encourage openness and sharing. However, confidentiality among participants is expected: What is shared in the group stays in the group.
Client Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client engages in behavior that is disrespectful, abusive, or harmful to our team or community members.
Testimonials & Media Use
If you provide a testimonial, you grant permission for The 9:03 Collective to use your name, likeness, and feedback in promotional content. You may revoke this permission by submitting a written request.
Data Retention
