Chelsea was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, where she developed a strong appreciation for hard work and the importance of family values. As a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and business owner, she understands the complexities of balancing various roles and responsibilities. Chelsea earned a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University and an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Cleveland State University. Her longstanding commitment to helping others is evident in her extensive experience working with families and individuals to enhance their health and well-being, particularly in her roles as a social worker and school counselor.
After several years dedicated to raising her daughter and growing successful businesses alongside her husband, Chelsea revitalized her commitment to helping others through coaching. Her unique background in mental health, combined with her experience in entrepreneurship and leadership, allows her to provide valuable insights to her clients.
Throughout her professional career, Chelsea has recognized the importance of a holistic approach to individual assessment. This includes evaluating clients’ mental and physical health, their access to resources, personal relationships and support systems, self-awareness, and spirituality. Outside her professional life, Chelsea enjoys raising her daughter, traveling, following her favorite Cleveland sports teams, growing flowers, and spending summer days at her family’s lake, where she finds tranquility and joy.
